  2. To be eligible for a refund, the cancellation request must meet the following criteria:
    • The cancellation request must be made in writing and sent to our customer support team via email or postal mail.
    • The cancellation request must be received within the specified timeframe mentioned in the cancellation policy.
    • The cancellation request must comply with the terms and conditions of the booking agreement.

Deduction:

  1. In the event of a cancellation, certain deductions may apply based on the stage of the transaction and the terms and conditions of the booking agreement. These deductions may include, but are not limited to:
    • Administrative fees or processing charges incurred during the booking process. 
    • Any non-refundable charges or penalties imposed by third-party service providers or government authorities.
    • Costs incurred for property inspections, valuations, or any other related services.
    • Any other costs or expenses directly associated with the cancellation as specified in the booking agreement.

Exceptional Circumstances:

  1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, force majeure events, or legal restrictions that affect the availability or usability of the property, we reserve the right to cancel bookings or modify the terms of the booking agreement.
  2. In such exceptional cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes or cancellations and provide suitable alternatives. Refunds or adjustments, if applicable, will be made according to the specific circumstances and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
